A typed deed of 1963, the kind the register refers to for old covenants: the parties, the price, the fencing covenant, and a plan with T marks on two sides.

A long lease of a flat: the term, the ground rent and how it rises, the service charge share, and what the tenant and the landlord each promise. It is of another fictional home, Flat 2, Sample Court: a flat's own register is a separate leasehold title, whose part A describes the lease.
